I just had this epiphany about the whole "draining" thing which I have ALWAYS experienced in a group setting. But it just occurred to me that I am the one "draining my own energies" by the way I interact w/ a group. They aren't draining me. I am draining myself by engaging in convos that are draining, instead of being the one who "shifts" the vibe, I engage w/ their vibe and eh voila, I get drained:) so we can be in any group setting without getting our energy drained by making sure we detect what energies are being engaged in any particular convo and choosing to participate or pivot the convo to something higher:) Hoo-Ahh! This is great:) (if I do say so myself:) LOL

I been hurt 3 times by one person. I thought he was my soul mate. I won't go back this time. He's not comfordence. That makes me feel like he is cheating on me. He has trust issues. I can't live my life with someone like that. He was always accusing me of being with another.

Or... just pivoting to a different convo altogether that is already on a higher vibe that we can contribute to or learn from. We cannot get people who are on a lower vibe on a certain subject to just come up to our understanding. But the same people have their subjects of understanding that we can learn from. so we pick our topics with which to interact. I am thinking particularly of geopolitics where I am almost a Master:) whereas most people are not even close to a basic understanding (due to US propaganda media:) so it is better that I don't engage in convos where people are saying things that are ridiculous bc they are not ready for my information on this topic. Better to find a topic of mutual understanding...
