How to use this powder
@TheStewieGriffinShow
@TheStewieGriffinShow 8 ай бұрын
@@saminaamir6577 @violetjere7933 There are many species of Rosemary. If you find a neighbor who has one with a nice aroma or strong odor, that's a good potent one. Take a cutting and put it in water. Change the water regularly and it should start sprouting roots pretty fast. Once you have roots you can put it in the ground. It's a pretty fast growing plant. Probably the easiest way to consume the active ingredient is to take clippings and make tea. When I dehydrate it, strip it, and make a powder in my Vitamix, I just take half a teaspoon or more of the powder and chase it with some juice before I go to bed.

Is this a joke? Because why does we have to praise the Lord for everything? Should I praise him for poverty, r*pe or murder!? If you believe in that then keep it to yourself because if it's not real then there's no need to force people to do this.

Sunflower seeds are just as impressive, they have a ton of benefits for the body. Surprised they got ignored
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors 9 ай бұрын
Sunflower seeds do have many health benefits, but the reason they didn't make this talk is because of their high concentration of Omega 6 FA. Now, for someone who is following an extremely healthy diet, lots of vegetables, home cooked foods and not eating processed foods, then this isn't a problem because we do need Omega 6 FA. The problem is that this is not the typical person. The average person already consumes far too many Omega 6's driving inflammation.

I've heard about pumpkin seeds but that's the only thing i haven't tried, i have lymphoma and had pretty bad chemo brain when i started drinking Real Real straight from a farm in Jerusalem Olive oil, taking flax seeds then switched it to flax seed oil capsules with about 3 1000mg fish oil, it definitely helped me mentally as well as physically after the 7 days of the chemo leaving my body. So 7 days of going thru it(still smooth according to other patients) and 7 days of energy and an okay amount of focus to get things done and try and stay even keel with my bills. Waiting to do a pet scan on the 28th of this month to see if there is any C word left in me and i feel good so i pray no more because the chemo even as positive as i was as possible and this is the longest I've went without chemo(so far 1 month) and do not want to feel that microwave effect and weakness anymore. Please wish me luck and any advice would help. Much blessings to you for watching your video thank you.

@@analouise7310 All praises due always, I feel blessed even from the second they told me I wasn't worried and said this is a trial from my Lord not a punishment, but was sad that others are going to be sad for me. And until now the only reason I literally am positive not the motivation kind lol but the kind saying "hey things class literally be worse and people really do you have it worse then me so I'm blessed that I have lymphoma and not an even worse cancer that people are suffering from more then me" and have been as humanly possible as happy as one can be even found through the worst of chemo lol. It's the forgetfulness and Random brain fogs I get that are a bother because I can't articulate things like I could before chemotherapy. And the oncologist telling me I handle better then the majority when I tell him it comes Randomly and he tells me some of sticks with them the entire time not randomly, I said thank God then because someone always does have it worse and my blessings go out to those people who are suffering way worse then me. But God bless you too. Your comment definitely lite my heart up. Thank you. And I got out a few things from my chest lol

@@tessmoore3762 sure I don’t mind, this recipe originally came from a KZbinr nutrition refined (check out her channel), but I have added my own twist to it with different ingredients. also good as a cereal. • 2 cups buckwheat groats • 1/2 walnuts • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds . 1/2 cup sunflower seeds • 1/4 cup chia seeds/hemp heart/ flax seed mix . 1/2 cup maple syrup . 1/3 cup almond butter cinnamon ( I don’t measure I just mix in to my liking) 1/2 cup dried blueberries/tart cherry (I also used dark chocolate in a batch I baked once) mix in after baking 1. MIx all ingredients 2. Bake. Transfer the granola to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Bake the buckwheat granola at 300°F until fragrant and golden brown, for about 30 minutes. The granola can quickly go from golden to burnt, so keep an eye on it. The granola will still be soft when it's done baking, but it will harden once it cools. 3. Let the granola cool completely and break it up to create clusters. 4. Store. Leftover granola in an airtight container.

Thank you for the useful information, can you give me an indication to use all 4 seeds at once every day please? I take that in 10% Greek yogurt with fruit. I also take B-complex, Zinc, vitamin D, magnesium citrate, biotin, which can I reduce because of the seeds? Is there also a seed that contains vitamin A?

Algal oil - which is algae oil - is being used a lot in supplements as a source of DHA and EPA. It is an alternative to fish oils. Fish in the wild get their DHA and EPA from algae and now we can get ours too without having to eat the fish. 🙂

Please let viewers know how much, how often, and in what way these terrific seeds should be taken to help nerves (in particular). Should we chew all 4 seeds together, add them to smoothies, salads, protein shakes? 3xs daily or+-? Thanks Doc. Otherwise great info

Thank you so much for this wonderful information. Is it 2 tablespoons of each per day? I am 60kg. Should all 4 seeds be taken at the same time? Or at different times of the day/night? Again, thank you so much. Have a lovely day.

Hello, a very informative n in-depth video on nutritional benifits of these seeds. From generations, we take moringa leaves raw as food once a week and moringa powder a table spoon everyday with warm water in the morning . I see most of these components included in rich volumes in moringa powder, exception being the eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids. We are vegetarians n no fish. We take 5 pumpkin seeds n 2 table spoons flax seeds along with turmeric powder, gooseberry juice, a table spoon of Fenugreek seeds n black sesame seeds soaked overnight every morning first breakfast. We take flax seeds as follows - ground n immediately mix in butter milk n drink before going to sleep. Not sure if this is of any good for complete omega 3 fatty acids, put some light. We don't use hemp seeds. Do we need to use it with all above inputs already in place? Thx for reading until here. Cheers
