Thank you, Paul. My own story follows a similar path, including taking time, but I feel so much better! Still working the process, improvement daily! Migraines for forty years, I’m not concerned it it taking time!

Thank you Paul. I can relate to your story, this has been so helpful and enlightening. I have faced a lot, but I have more to face. Overcoming childhood adversity and trauma that caused me to be so fearful throughout my life has been so challenging. Compounded by even more huge amounts of adversity and trauma throughout my life. Yes the past treatments I tried did not work. Even counselling. I kept searching for the Truth. I am now recovering from all those pains and symptoms. My journey has been long and hard. Because I lacked the right information. Now that I have become aware of the scientific facts, and gaining insight and understanding, I am gaining ground quicker. Thanks to the wonderful people on youtube like you Jim who put free content about TMS, and teaching the true reason that these pains/symptoms are felt in our bodies. Blessing to you both.

Re timelines: so hard to hear when one is in their late 60’s. I wonder if some of this is just remission or actual resolution. Up and down pain is pretty normal, yes?

Why does it take so long? Frustrating. No deep trauma. Don’t expect pain free, but this is crazy.
