@@trudykroll7429 we use the raw leaves (a handful or as needed). We blend it with raw carrot raw beetroot raw tomato raw spinach raw watercress coconut milk.... We sometimes add raw cow liver to it, but it's optional.. You can also add some lemon juice and honey or sugar to enhance the taste. We also eat it as regular vegetable in soup, rice, etc. We It can be taken twice a week or each tree days for 2 weeks or during one month if the anaemia is severe.

When you are sick you need to be in warm areas to get fresh herbal treatments. You can use fresh moringa leaves for that. Not powder not tea bags freshly picked leaves blended and made a juice drink same time or boil as tea and eat the leaves please.
