The Spanish needle is also good to clear the lungs but it have to boiled with the root , flowers and the sticky needles on it it's here in florida abundantly I myself boils and drink it I add a bit of honey for sweetner. You can Google the medicinal use of Spanish needle. It's also good for a lot of things. It's good try it.
