Pine pollen is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, and offers a bio-identical source of male steroid hormones such as testosterone. In an age of systemic contamination, it’s so important that we incorporate strategies to safeguard our health sovereignty and the wellbeing of the future generations. Pine pollen is one such strategy.

this stuff works miracles...it healed my localized hyperhidrosis and helped with my IBS symptoms; I have been taking it only for a week now and tried all kind of other therapies(acupuncture etc..)and none worked. I am surprised that none of the doctors or alternative practitioners know about the benefits of pine pollen; thank you for making such an amazing video!

I bought some pine pollen but being a woman, just a little worried about the male hormones in it. After hearing this video I"m thinking I"ll try it again. Someone said it should be used with other hormones for women especially. Is that true?
@Nyishar
@Nyishar 6 жыл бұрын
It really depends on what the desired effect is. If you just consume the powder as a food supplement then it won't have a significant effect on hormone production, it will just provide a lot of nutritional value. If you use the tincture however, then it will have a much stronger effect on the endocrine system, and combining it with herbs like Nettle Root can also increase/enhance the androgenic effects. The way in which somebody uses it very much depends on their age, personal situation and what they are hoping to gain from it.

@Nyishar
@Nyishar 6 жыл бұрын
Then the powder is best as a nutritional medicine, whereas the tincture will be more active in balancing endocrine function, although it would be best to have a capillary test or some form of accurate hormone pane done so that you can see what your levels of active estrogen hormones actually are. If menopause is in the mix (past or present) then it is safe to say that natural hormonal support will be necessary.

When looking at other info online they talk about the 9 essential amino acids. Here you mention that pine pollen contains all 8 essential amino acids. Can you shed some light here? Much appreciated ✌😎
@Nyishar
@Nyishar 6 жыл бұрын
For a very long time the scientific community has recognised 8 amino acids as being essential , in the sense that they must come via nutrition as they cannot be synthesised by the body itself. Histidine is the 9th amino acid added to this list, however it is not completely essential and is rather a 'semi-essential' member of the group. It seems that generally speaking, we can synthesise histidine ourselves, although there are circumstances where we can become deficient, in which case we will convert other 'essential' amino acids into histidine in order to sustain equilibrium. Considering this, histidine is recommended as a necessary nutrient that we should consume to avoid deficiency & the situation where we will be using other nutrients to produce it.

Great video as always. Love the meditation background music! Is it better to take before bed or in the morning and what about cycling? Nature will always be one step ahead because Nature exists in Divine Flow, In Timelessness. Humans must surrender to this natural flow so they too can be a more direct extension of infinite intelligence at play. You could say ALL our problems today are because we are not living in harmony and one with nature and her natural flow. Its pure simplicity.
@Nyishar
@Nyishar 6 жыл бұрын
In order to support a healthy hormonal cycle (if needed) pine pollen tincture can be taken upon waking, around midday and again before bed. Unless specific circumstances require, endocrine-stimulating medicine should always be cycled in order to give the body a chance to take the reigns and maintain homeostasis without a support mechanism. Period intervention is of course a great maintenance strategy, but constant, ongoing use of substances like pine pollen tincture should be reserved only for situations where it is expressly required.
