🙏🏼 Namaste. "Give yourself at least 15 minutes every day to simply walk barefoot." Interesting and beautiful. But I don't know where to do that. I was born (in 1959) in a village in my country, Romania. But our Mother Nature forgot to give me the pleasure of walking in shoes. To make walking barefoot my lifestyle - "Barefoot Lifestyle". And now, as a newly retired man, I can say that life is too short to wear shoes !

I don’t know much about chakras but I do know that clinical trials demonstrate that standing or walking on grass or soil bare foot improves blood flow and reduces inflammation. Everyday I walk barefoot for 20 minutes. When I have to go into the office, I walk down to the park and stand barefoot on the grass.

I walked barefoot a lot of days this summer. Also I would lay on the grass with no shirt on many days. Is that beneficial also. Was getting lots of Vitamin D, therefore. Good information. Thanks.

I think my feet might be claustrophobic because I absolutely hate to wear shoes or even socks, haha. I always have preferred to be barefoot, ever since I was a child. I decided on a middle ground and purchased "barefoot shoes" for those times when I can't be barefoot and I love them. One part with normal shoes (that you notice once you start wearing barefoot shoes or just, in general, being barefoot for long periods of time) is that they weaken the muscles in the feet (legs too, but especially the feet). All the support your get from regular shoes feels great, but it's not until you take those shoes off that you realize how weak your feet actually are. By walking barefoot or in barefoot shoes you train the muscles that you otherwise won't use when wearing normal shoes - which is why your feet will hurt like crazy at first when you stop wearing normal shoes. That said, it has a special impact on you when you can actually feel the ground under your feet as you move about, especially if you walk on natural surfaces like in the forest, etc.

I just walked Barefoot and found God! Actually went to walk for a little bit and realized I had flip flops on so I started Googling Barefoot walking. Don't know about pseudoscience stuff but I assume shoes that don't fit right are the absolute worst, shoes that do fit right make your feet little weak pansy feet so there's got to be something to walking barefoot how we evolved or whatever. Thanks for the video going to do my walking in socks I hope that counts!
