It is true! One can connect with a passed on ancestor and heal them in that life and heal self in the current life and prevent it all together from the future generations. Ask a shaman that is practicing generational healing. It is the quantum entanglement and the fact that time is not linear

Genetic adaptation to tea consumption is a hypothesis that I would bet money is incorrect. It is highly unlikely such a short period of time would lead to changes in allelic frequency. I would suggest that the increased consumption of processed food (a.k.a. the Western diet) plays a role in changing disease patterns in China.

My CRP (inflammatory marker) was extremely high for years and doctors would just say oh that can be anything. I don’t understand why doctors don’t pay more attention this.

It is sensitive but nonspecific. They aren’t taught to use this as a tool to treat. It’s more for confirmation.
