Congratulations. You have explained everything in simplest way possible. A layman too can understand. I have a query - Suppose the person accompanying the patient inadvertently mentioned wrong info in the form & forwarded to the Insurance Co, can the wrong info be rectified? Also, most importantly agar patient k sath koi na ho to put the claim process in motion to kya hospitals me wo facility provide ki jati hai where the hospital put forward the claim process on behalf of the patient?

I appreciate your knowledge sharing, but during the period of policy taking, there has not been any diagnosis of pre existing diseases or hospitalizations, but there may be slow growing illnesses, hypertension, blood pressure, etc. As when we applied for the policy, we didn't get a health checkup before we were issued, so we didn't know how our health was at that time, but after two years some of them were discovered through annual health checks, so will the policy be rejected? Please reply.

Mam we senior citizens with Care Health Insurance and Never Trust these insurances ecen no claims applied.I noticed they dont provide even a proper yearly free check up .The free check ups also looks 3rd Rated Labs and Value say 1000 Rupee Cost ?

Ma'am there is a case in my area where one claim is rejected by a famous health insurance company for the reason that the date is overwritten by the doctor on the prescription which was later corrected by the doctor but still the company rejected it at the time of cashless and even at reimbursement time.

If it is genuine claim and got rejected because of Doctor's mistake, you can take a letter from doctor and approach grievance team of the insurance company

I am also having policy with Niva Bupa since past 7 years and I had my first claim this year. I had lots of problems with my cashless claim. They were not approving my claim and were asking same query to the hospital again and again but ultimately they had to pass my cashless claim after 10 days. Dear brothers and sisters please please please don't buy insurance from care. They will reject your claim at any cost and provide all non sense reasons. I have faced the same issue. I have ICICI too and they have better plans and services.

Depends on the insurance company terms & conditions. Also, if the disease happened after buying the insurance policy, then company can't reject the claim. Keep your documents in place.
