Leslie, You were able to verbalize feelings I have had but could never describe. Food is a love language. I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished. I too love when I cook something and I see them enjoying the food I have cooked for them. Remember-the best ingredient you can add to your food is love! I'm so happy you're able to do this program, since it is working for you. Just being able to enjoy your grandbabies more is a HUGE benefit! I'm so happy for you!! Being able to do fun things with your grandbabies will push you even further! I feel like you're telling my story. I gained A LOT when I was pregnant. I lost some after I gave birth. But I started gaining way more over the years. I have several autoimmune diseases that make things really hard to do. I lost over 200lbs 20 years ago. But my health still doesn't let me do everything I want to do. I'm so glad you're doing so well. Keep going, girl! Many Blessings to you and your family!! ❤

What is it with women and weight loss. Its so annoying cant go to a lunch with women without hearing about how fat they are or how they had to eat almost nothing the day before so they could splurge at lunch. In my opinion people should keep their weight issues to themselves.

Leslie, I am so happy for you that you found a program that is working for you. Believe me I know how hard it is! You keep on, God's right there with you! You are an inspiration to me. I was overweight but active until I got sick and then I gained a bunch more weight. I did Keto/Atkins for a while but, found out I cannot eat anything with sugar alcohols in it. I got very sick from it which just added to my problems. I am so proud of you and I will keep you in my prayers. I am going to be 63 yrs. Old this New Years Eve and I have tried just about every program out there, truly. I have known a couple people who have done this program and had great success! I am so happy for you!
