Seems tasty! Just be careful with the number of fruits, parrots don't need as much fruit as veggies, because it contains quite a bit of sugar (especially dried fruit). But it is amazing that you are trying this type of diet, I would love to try it with my birds but we have a hard time teaching them how to eat veggies and pellets, not just seeds. So maybe, one day... (The number of ingredients is 17)

Yes, I’m doing mine a good bit fruit lighter, I give fresh fruit, and I’ve worked hard on my chop over the last few years, where I’m so proud of it..and my macaw gets so exited every time I feed him, colour is a big tip, if there’s lots of colours they get exited to eat..but a few different versions I’ve seen of this ,it’s quite fruit heavy…

monkey nuts should be cracked first as the dust that releases from them can cause aspergillosis, I barely ever give them as normally they are treated in some way plus this risk just doesn’t seem worth it 👍🏻 nice work on the rest of the mix tho guys

i would definetely advise against the monkey nuts next time round! because they are peas not nuts, they arent good for birds to be eating raw, plus the shells can often harbour a dangerous fungus (Aspergillus flavus) which is fatal to birds, i would switch them out for another nut, like cashews, walnuts almonds etc :)

Almonds aren't nuts either, they are about as useless as the pea"nuts"

Walnuts have the highest omega content in the nuts they're great. Great suggestion.
