Thanks for sharing. I found the Habit Tracking categories (Mind, Body, Soul) interesting and would have loved to hear what specifically you're tracking under each category. ... Unfortunately, you're handwriting is so tiny, I couldn't make out any of the information. Perhaps you could share that information in a future video? Thanks!
