Sounds like you need to careful mate, sounds like me till I turned 50 then it started to catch up on me, gave it i up 5 years ago, wish I had done it when I was 40 - honest and vulnerable again, good work

yes im already feeling better after a couple of days, drinking soda water & coconut water instead at the moment & plenty of water as always..cheers! 😁

I stopped drinking once for about 2 weeks - was bored shitless and felt worse than when I was drinking . I dont drink that much thou , only 1 bottle of red per night , good luck !
