Health Services Safety Investigation Branch - Safety Management System Reporting

Good reporting systems are the standard across most industries today, however in the NHS, their reporting still has room for improvement. The Health Services Safety Investigation Branch (HSSIB) want to take learnings from other industries and use them to improve the way the NHS conducts its reporting, and came to us to share their message in an explainer video.
Working with the HSSIB, we created an explainer video that highlighted different reporting approaches, alongside the positive aspects of the NHS’s current systems and the barriers it faces.
