Retired nurse 26 years. Suffered stroke 15 months ago. Slowly recovering. Still have chronic fatigue and severe headaches and tinnitus. All doctors were just throwing medication at me, that masked my pain or symptoms. They all talked down to me or were mad I wouldn’t accept their “fixes”. Doctors are trained that if you have “A” I will prescribe “B” which should = “C” outcome. Wrong. We are not coming off an assembly line. We are individuals. I totally changed my diet, and basically everything going into my body. Read all labels. Eat only the purest foods. Read labels on natural supplements. I LOVED this video. Yes, please make more. I’ve saved it and will be using it as another form of incredibly helpful information. Thank You a million times. You are blessed to have each other. Please share as you both can educate us. Love your Husband too!! Blessings of love and light to both of you. ❤❤❤

I have been a paramedic for 20 years. You are so right that the only one who really cares about your health is you. There's never been a better time to look after your own health too, as our healthcare system is imploding due to a collective poor diet and life style, along with aging boomers. I am always stunned by 1. the amount of medication people take and 2. they have zero knowledge of the effects, side effects, and synergistic effects. Kudos to you both for your research and perseverance. You are very blessed with your partner Katia, hope your healing journey goes well.

Let me just say that I love your husband's passion about doctors and society in general. I have chronic pain as well and am going through the same thing. And yes, I agree with your husband, they are all scammers. They don't care about curing, but, just slapping a bandaid on the problem and then saying that that will be 100 dollars, please. What my husband and I do is we educate ourselves like you two do, before we even visit a doctor. It has come to that. So, you have my complete support in how you feel and what you're doing to fix the problem.👍❤❤❤

Katia you guys are right about the health care system and doctors. Only speaking for myself-I was plant based for years. Had so many gut and stomach issues like you. Miserable . I went carnivore almost a year ago and it has totally eliminated all of my inflammatory issues which were plaguing me for years. My whole system has balanced out and I have no symptoms any more of anything. I’ll never eat another way. I have a clean bill of health from my Dr and testing. I wish you well in your journey sincerely. You are adorable.🙏🏼

Totally agree with you guys regarding doctors and dentists!! The last time I went to see a doctor was 30 years ago! My throat was hurting really bad, doctor stated he didn't know why but wrote 4 prescriptions!! I asked what are they for? He was himmimg and hawing, couldn't give a straight answer so I left! Went home googled natural remedies for sore throat and found that white vinegar was the answer because it destroys bacteria in your throat! As for the dentists I was blessed to have great teeth, no problems, no cavities just had to get cleanings but the last time I went to the dentist he told me I should close my gap in my teeth because my teeth would start "moving apart"...Soooo 35 years later my gap is still here and no teeth have moved!! Definitely do your own research! Just have to say, you are the most beautiful couple! I pray you keep getting better and better!! Many blessings to you both..❤

I had endometriosis and had a total hysterectomy. Best thing I ever did. Never missed it at all. I tried those detox patches on my feet to get rid of metals etc in your body. Oh man they made my hands and feet burn like hot needles were in them and I was really restless. I tried them for a couple days and couldn’t stand it. I’m on the fence if it would get better if I continue using them. Good luck with all this… I feel the same way regarding the medical system failing us all.

Hi Katia! I suffer from chronic pain and so many other health issues as well. I absolutely agree with you on mental trauma leading to xyz. I have also been asked by a previous doctor if I was making the pain up in my head. My issues started when I was around 18/19 and I am now 48. It started with kidney stones, irregular periods and constant stomach/abdominal pain. I had ulcers and I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Took medication for the ulcers and had a DNC. That was only a bandaid. I have had dozens for repeated testing and scanning for years. Another DNC 5yrs later and then more ulcers. Fast forward to 2015, my face was completely paralyzed. (that's another book to write). Fast forward to 2020 (out of nowhere), I hemorrhaged for 45 days and had to have a full hysterectomy with one ovary removed. I obviously had to be on blood builders before the doctor would even touch me for surgery. I had a dermoid cyst on my ovary and an oversized uterus. The oversized uterus/ lining made up of fibroids was caused by my sexual abuse as a child. It started at age 5 - 13 so the doctor explained how the trauma at such an early age (while still developing) caused the fibroid growth by memory trauma over the years. Figuring out my stomach/ intestine issues has been a bigger struggle. Ulcers, IBS and chronic diarrhea. My gastroenterologist cleaned out my gut with a 14 treatment and had me take out all fruits and vegetable that ferment (cruciferous vegetables) out of my diet. Also, to add to the mix I cannot digest lettuce and I'm actually allergic to it. Advocating for myself and taking test after test, scan after scan....it led to the discovery of liver disease. Stage 3 fibrosis of the liver. I urge you to have your liver tested with a fibroscan. You never know, just to rule that out...get one! Not just through blood work though. I am also prone to anemia. I don't have enough iron in my body but my liver has too much iron. Again, a blood test alone will not give you accurate readings at the same time. My liver specialist explained it all to me and said I am very fortunate to have caught NASH early. You don't have pain or symptoms of liver disease. People catch it when it's too late and reaches Cirrhosis of the liver. I suffer from inflammation throughout my body as well. Costochondritis in the ribs is my worst. I also have this skin issue that my doctors can't figure out yet. My PCP said that I stumped him on this one. My skin feels as if I have an extreme sunburn and someone takes a bristle brush and scratches the sunburn with it. It comes and goes in different locations on different days. Maily on my back but also on my thighs and arms. I just want to get out of my body when it hurts the most. Then it goes away. I've made a log of what I eat, drink or what I do just to figure out when and why it comes on. Oh... I truly feel that KETO might not be right for you. My doctor put me on the Mediterranean diet. Much less of red meat. Red meat is harder to digest for some people. Dairy is the worst for stomach and intestinal issues. It is a number one trigger for diarrhea if your body can't handle it. I was on KETO for a moment and had cheese, milk, and heavy cream...whew...the worst. Chocolate (milk chocolate) is also a "no" in my diet. I pay $1,745.63 (to be exact). for my medical insurance plan I have!!! Per month!!! Just to be able to get the care I have been receiving since 2021. I live in CA and I go to Scripps Medical. I feel that I now have an amazing team of specialist. I tell them all the time...I'm here for a solution to the root cause and not just a new medication for a temporary fix. I am that person that asks all kinds of questions...stupid or not! Sorry this is so long. I hope you start feeling better! I too have a husband that goes to every single appointment with me and just cares so much. He's also the one that cooks so he has to know what I can or cannot eat! lol I am truly blessed to have him by my side. He always says that he needs to take care of me now so that I can take care of him later! He's the one that showed me how to love again, smile again, and to know that happiness is a choice you have to make everyday! Hugs! RoxAnne

Yes keep us updated. I have Histamine and the dui ulcer, had knuckles with lumps. The knuckle issues calmed/size decreased, with camping. A lot of pain. So yes outside is very good. Chicken Bone broth, I had to make it, cannot eat garlic or onions, no mint family herbs(that's part of the Histamine issue. So had no choice, had to make bone broth. It does help tremendously. I began to drink coconut milk with lime juice and agave, when the heartburn gets very bad, crazy how much it helps me. And alkaline water, the same as athletes drink when working out. I cannot eat fermented food, no pickles, Histamine, but I love Brussel sprouts/cabbage thing. Definitely interested and keep us informed. And your Hubby is your strength, very nice to see his interactions with you and his compassion towards you. Very nice to see.

"Threatened" was exactly the proper term - some doctors really do not appreciate a well informed patient. I've had one ask me if I had spent decades in med school - implying that he was the expert here and I should listen without question. But I am the expert of my body who has lived in it for even more decades than his schooling! So glad to hear things are improving for you.

Thank you so much for this video. I have been ill since I was 17 years old. I am now 70 years old. The symptoms of my autoimmune disease were random until 10 years ago and hit me full force. My flares in the beginning were 10 days apart, then a few years ago went down to 2 days apart and are now back to back. One flare appears to be ending and another hits me right away. I am now sick daily with no end of symptoms. My symptoms include joint pain, balance and falling issues, nausea, bladder and elimination problems, sores on my skin, particularly on my face, and inside my mouth and nose. I was diagnosed with Behcets Disease 10 years ago, was on Remicade infusions for 7 years, which never caused any improvement. My doctor insisted that she was right,so I left her and saw another doctor. He did tests which indicated that I do not have Behcet's Disease. I have lupus. I have been taking plaquenil for one year and I am still sick. The list of symptoms are too many to list. My children and grandchildren have never known me as a healthy person. I am in the last chapter of my life and I wish to be able to leave my home, which I cannot do now. I would love to hear more about the autoimmune side of things. I think you both are adorable and it was encouraging to hear about your experience with doctors, because I educated myself about Behcets Disease and Lupus and received the reputation of being a difficult patient and had a hard time getting a second doctor. I am wondering if I could purchase bottled Ozone water. Do u know where I can order some? I discovered your channel last night and have been binge watching all day. Love your channel!!! Your talent is amazing! Thank you both so much for sharing.❤ All the best to you both. You are a lovely couple.

I stay on a cabbage soup, and I also do the bone broth. my energy level is the worst. and I also have RA, but I find myself exercising and walking helps the RA. My father had that, and he took a lot of meds, and I don't. my pain tolerance is very high, but your husband should have been a holistic doctor who fights against the scamming doctors. because he knows a lot. Thank you guys I appreciate you sharing some great ideas. 🙏🙏

I have a lot of heath issues as well, and my husband is my rock. I have completely distanced friends, and even some family that are toxic. The connection between mind/ body health is so underrated. That step has helped me tremendously by surround myself with loving, sensitive, authentic people. That is the first step, the second is not to believe everything doctors tell you, and to self educate, also be your own medical advocate. We are both lucky to have intelligent loving spouses. 🙏 for continued healing.

Which both are autoimmune disease. I'm trying to heal my body without meds too. What has helped me so much is not eating any "Night Shade Plants" potatoes, tomatoes all peppers and eggplant. Anything that blooms at night. Eliminate all gluten and seed oils and eating more protein animal meat. I 100% agree with you!!! Thank you so much for this video. I wish you both the very best!!! Omg Katia.. chronic pain really sucks. I had a gastric bypass in 2004 which has ruined my health. I wish I knew how to start public speaking about what this has done to my health and my life in general, and to my children’s lives. I am no longer the person I used to be. I was 30 and had struggled with my weight since high school. I was a brand new mom to a 10 mo baby boy. I had been married for 2.5 years at this time. I never lost weight easily and if I did I gain back that weight and more when I stopped doing whatever diet I was on. I got heavier and heavier after graduating. You’re told you can’t take Aspirin or antiinflamatories ever again. Again I was 30, getting older and needing aspirin for reducing chances of heart attack and stroke wasn’t a thought. Getting arthritis wasn’t a thought either. So I ended up having lots of bone loss from the bypass which causes arthritis and I couldn’t take the meds that help to treat this. My levels were off on my labs we found out later, I passed out and fell straight on my neck & face during a conversation with my mom. I had a CT my head and was told it was fine and despite having neck pain that radiates through my extremities on 1 side of my body and eventually to the other side for months until it went back to being just my neck eventually. I was told my MRI was negative for an injury. I was told after 1 Rx of pain medication I couldn’t have more. I was a young nurse since I was 23 yo I was made to feel like I was seeking narcotics. I changed primary Drs. To one who seen to believe me and gave me a new Rx of pain meds a couple times a year until 2012. A couple times a year? This fall was in early 2007 btw. In 2009 my pain in my neck was taken over by chronic and very painful tailbone pain. No other incident or fall had taken place. I finally had to go to a pain management clinic where I’m treated to this day. We believe this pain is all from bone spurs in my tailbone. Did I mention I cannot take antiinflamatory meds? I do have osteopenia which is 1 step away from Osteoporosis. Due to the decreased calcium absorption from the surgery. My Pain Dr said the spur could have been caused by something as simple as constpation. Which I have chronic constipation since the surgery also. In fact prior to the survey I had chronic diarrhea from what we now believe was social anxiety. We weren’t diagnosed with stuff like this when I was younger. I also take narcotics which are known to cause constipation also. I also for some reason have been diagnosed with chronic migraine syndrome which I never had a headache all my life until after this surgery. Also excedrin migraine has these anti inflammatory meds in it also. So I didn’t feel I had a choice but to take them. I also by this time was seeing a neurologist and receiving Botox injections every 3 months too.I ended up getting very sick for what would be like 5-6 years before finding out I had what is called a marginal ulcer, Most likely from the use of the Excedrin Migraine. The prescription migraine meds I could take didn’t help me. it is unlike a ulcer as we know it, it is formed on my incision line in my stomach from this surgery once again. It is also a severe morbidity rate. Let’s talk about my being sick for years. I had nausea throughout the day every day. I had to carry a bag with me every where I went. I not only got car sick but I couldn’t drive myself even. I eventually started dropping weight also, which I had never done in my life. Oh when I had this fall I was a new mom to my 6mo baby girl and my now 3yo oldest son. So all my daughters life (and most of my sons) they grew up with me being sick and in chronic pain with no answers until 2012 when I went to the pain management clinic because primary Dr couldn’t provide the level of pain relief I required. They did find the results of the 2007 neck MRI showed my disc that were bulging/ herniated plainly written out by the Radiologist that read it. That’s the 1 thing she did for me was had me go there. In 2015 she dropped me as a patient when I seen (upon recommendation of a friend of my moms, also a nurse btw, (I was too sick to advocate for myself by this point)a GI Dr she knew. My primary Dr had sent me to a Gi Dr a few years prior in her defense, they were unable to see the ulcer, which was I guess too small at the time to see with an EGD) this Gi Dr ordered all these test and my primary Dr (I forgot to mention she was a actually a nurse practitioner. She dropped me because I saw this Dr. if he were a primary Dr this would make since but he was a GI Dr. I think she didn’t wanna admit she didn’t know what to do or how to help me and instead of seeking help for answers (even from the Dr she worked under, which I had never met. she was glad to drop me. She Also had been telling me for years that I’m losing weight because I had, had a gastric bypass. This was over 10years later btw. I would lay on my heating pad on my bed while my little ones were at school and when they would come home and tell me about their day, I had to keep them from getting on the bed with me, in turn making my nausea worse. Thank God my Mom had moved in by this time. My husband had left me, and I was unable to work anymore due to the chronic pain & nausea and let’s not even add in the almost daily headaches that sometimes lasted all day. They were more headaches than what I’ve heard migraines described as but it’s still called chronic migraine syndrome. This was my life from 2009 until November of 2015 when my marginal ulcer was finally found during a hospitalization. I had lost to around 94lbs and had approximately 20lbs of fluid on me. My calves were huge. So I was in danger of a heart attack, I was now in Congestive heart failure. After a few months of getting insurance approval and finding a Dr that performed the surgery I needed. In March of 2016 I had a Gastric bypass revision. I was on many many medication for nausea. I was failing to thrive basically. I still colby hold down any food. This was another 6 months of myself and my children’s lives, they lived alone with me at this point. My sister brought me to the ER of the Hospitol that my gastric revision Dr that treated me worked at, a couple hours away from my home and he admitted me. I had went to the Er many times where I live and they work give me nausea meds and fluids ands send me home. After that stay for about a week. The hospital was at a loss. I believe my savior saved me that week Anna the nausea was taken from me. I was able to go home. It did take many years of recovery. I do believe I suffered a mini stroke I lost long term memories along with my short term memory was bad for years. I was told it was the narcotics I take but now in 2024 my short term memory is so much better. Taking the same narcotics to this day. My son is almost 21 and my Dr will be 18 in November. This is the short version of how my life and my children’s lives have suffered due to this surgery. So I feel for anyone suffering with chronic pain in any way. Oh I forgot to mention I am going through menopause but do to ask my health issues I’m just now, in the past 2 months being treated for the hot flashes that I’ve suffered for well over 2 years now. I’ve never had any skin issues either but at 49 I have excema.,my B12 stays low, I have poor wound healing due to this. I live on a heating pad whenever I sit or lye down since 2009. Because of this I get blisters and burns and now my wounds take forever to heal which puts me at greater risk of infection, I got off topic, the signs I have are all pointing to me having an autoimmune disorder most likely RA live yourself or Lupus. My sister has been tested for years for Lupus and has many markers but no answers. My Mom was diagnosed a few years ago with RA and my little brother was diagnosed last year with RA. I go in a couple weeks to get my labs checked to see if I have it but they’re pretty sure I do and cannot once again take any anti inflammatory medications. I’m sorry for anyone suffering without answers this is the worse part. I apologize for the typos!

You have a great husband! It’s great to have a traditional man that is a problem solver and intelligent. Most men today have taken the backseat of conformity and selfishness in relationships. You both seem to compliment each other in the best ways when partners are opposites. So happy for you both and may you have many more anniversaries, healing and fulfilling lives together🌼❤️

OMG I just watched. I admire your positivity I would never have guessed everything you are dealing with. One of the reasons my hubby and I left the US was the Healthcare system. As an Indian woman I grew up in a Hindu household where a holistic lifestyle was practiced. I agreed with your hubby I do not believe or trust in Drs. Brief I went in to have minor surgery to remove pre cancer cells the Dr punctured an artery and convinced me it was my fault. The hospitals Legal dept was in my recovery rm making sure I was not going to sue. Lol I did not not worth my energy. My hubby had major surgery on his neck and his back and now 4yrs later he’s in severe pain with his back and shoulders. I always feel helpless and I was always offering my all natural remedies which he refused. Now that we’re in Thailand he’s leaning more towards the all natural route, hyperbaric treatment etc. I don’t know you but I absolutely love you both. We chatted briefly on IG. Your New friend in Thailand supports you💖

Gallbladder removal here 🙋🏻♀️. Was in excruciating pain in my teens until I was about 19yrs old and I had a gall bladder attack , taken to the hospital and kept because I needed to have gallbladder removed immediately. However no one informed me what i could not eat after gallbladder removed so that was an entirely separate dilemma I suffer with to this day and I’m now 58 yrs old .

My mom did all this stuff that you guys are doing. She did all the stuff your husband is doing researching and checking off the boxes. She has had RA for 22 years, done every cleans, every dr, every special diet, aip, coffee enemas, clinics in mexico, she done an IV at home session that lasted a year that she ordered form canada, bone broth, no alcohol, organic everything, seen every health dr, chiropractor, homeopathic dr, hyperberic chamber, red light saunas, she soaks her feet in acv to help with her bone nodes, shes had all her amalgam removed from her teeth and done heavy metal cleanses, she takes probably a mix of about 40 to 50 pills a fay that have been prescribed by all the various drs, shes also had a stem cell procedure that was 20k in her knees.....didnt work, shes still in constant pain all day every day.......ect ect.....22 years later she still feels she should have gottn on a biologics early on. She is about 80% handicapped, can barely walk, uses a walker, he hands are so deformed and her knees are almost unbendable. You guys are cute, i know we all have our journey, but ive walked the road you both are walking and also hate drs, you kinda get a big head with all the knowledge you get from the research....but trust me its an awful circle you guys are at the begining of and one day you will be full circle and back at the begining with a knowledge that wont do you any good. My moms done everything you guys are doing. My heart truly goes out to you guys this journey will never end. The best thing my mom has done is sell off all the stuff she accumulated...red light sauna, hyperbaric chamber...ect and thin out her life and simplify it. She weeded alot of the vitamins all these health people qere pushing on her. She still does acv and about 50 pills a day including her thyroid meds. My parents are also in the begining of a divorce....22 years and my dad finally broke and said that he was done having their entire lives based on my moms sickness. They are in their 70s. Best of luck guys, keep it simple and dont read too much about the negative stuff that is going on with our food and chemical and healthcare system....its a black hole and never ends. Move out of the city, simplify your life, raise your own food and animals....best of luck.

My now retired chiropractor recommended taking capsules called Rowachol 20 minutes before meals. It is hard to find but it makes the gall bladder make more bile to digest food. I've taken it for 45 years off and on when I have flare ups of digestion problems. It is the only thing that works for me. I have had the period pain unbelievably back in the day but a hysterectomy solved that lol. Yes that was drastic but I had to do it so I could look after my children.

I'm always suffering with bloating. fed up with it ..wish you well

Great video. Alex is very educated on all this and unfortunately everything he says is true. Doctors are taught to pump you with medications which in themselves have so many side effects. No one would have guessed you suffer with so many ailments because of all your projects. Praying for your complete healing 🙏🏻

Katia your husband is 10000% so right on the medical system..Ive had such a rash on my hands and stopped at my wrists that looked like i had gloves on but didn't .Seen dermatologist put on 5 different meds and injections and made me severely sick..I stopped all meds myself did research and went gluten free and dairy free and it has been 3 yrs now and no rash.. I'm having surgery Wednesday to remove a basketball size tumor off my ovary and won't know if it's benign or malignant till everything gets sent off, the surrounding tissues and lymph nodes..Been having issues with swollen lymph nodes throughout my body and over working sweat glands in my armpits and my primary wouldn't listen to me she just dismissed me so I have another primary doctor I am seeing soon after surgery..My ex primary doctor kept dismissing me, telling me it's all in my head and I'm not a doctor and not diagnose myself so I left her office never went back.. Good luck Katia..

I'm so sorry to hear you're dealing with that and I wish you success with some of the new treatments! What a lovely husband to care so much about you. My ex left me because I had depression. Supporting your partner is so important. Please try mint tea for stomach pains. I had issues for many years and eventually found the right antibiotic for my specific stomach problem. But mint tea was a lifesafer for digestive pain. Also anti-anxiety tea with things like valerian may be beneficial. Yes there's a phrase "the body keeps score" and many scientist believe trauma can increase the body's reactions. Wishing you the best!

Hi guys, very interesting video. And I agree on so many levels. I am too suffering from an immune illness and after being on chemo to “break” my immune system down to be able to survive, which was a wake up call, I too did my own research about alternative treatments. I m still alive after and freed myself of most of my medications. By the way I was treated in hospitals in ottawa and Montreal . Good luck to you and keep us posted!! I got new ideas from you both . Thanks

I agree with everything your husband says. Your husband is on it and very knowledgeable. I study a lot on health care, food. Just like foods that say Natural it's not natural. Natural means 99% not natural and most likely chemicals and 1% is natural and the food industry gets away with it because that 1% is natural. Food industry's lie and change wording to confuse the buyer. People who don't learn about their foods they are ingesting will end up sick, very sad to say.

Hi Katia. I watched one of your videos where u were asking if we thought your husband should set up a channel to discuss and give support to those of us the medical system has failed. I am one of those people. I was treated for Behcet's Disease for 10 years, although I was protesting constantly that the Remicade infusions were not working. I went to another rheumatologist after I became so ill that I had severe symptoms every single day and was then diagnosed with lupus. I have been on plaquenil for nearly a year. My symptoms have lessened in some areas, but my lungs have been affected and my family dr is now concerned after pulmonary testing that I may have congestive heart failure, which could be fatal, according to my research. I am not sleeping much, about 3 hours at a time. It appears that in my brain something is interfering with the process of dropping off to sleep and I am very frightened. I have had problems that have been going on for most of my adult life but worse during the last 10 years. I have been reading and researching and have many medical disagreements, which I am afraid to voice because I will have no doctor at all, if I cause problems by speaking out. I have been housebound for 10 years. I have known for many years that food producers, big business and the medical system cannot be trusted, from my own experience. I would follow your husband because of his knowledge abt living in a healthy way. If he does this, it would be advisable for him to have a disclaimer to protect himself. I knew nothing abt ozone for autoimmune disease. I am looking into it. Please thank him for me. He has been an inspiration to me and a source of hope. I have many of the same symptoms that you have as well. I know exactly abt the feeling of being alone and wanting to be active like everyone else. I am so happy you have each other. You are a beautiful couple. I would absolutely support your husband's channel and I hope he decides to do it. Thank you both.

Loved this video! Your husband is amazing and I would definitely watch more videos with the both of you! I am 70 and take zero medications, always researching what is best for my body and I avoid doctors. I eat whole food plant based and include fermented foods and prebiotic type foods as well. I personally don't do well on animal products and my family has a history of heart disease so I am proactive about avoiding oils, but eat a balanced diet. Overall, we have to listen to our bodies and some of us do better on a whole food plant based diet and others on a keto type diet. I am so happy for you that you are having success with the changes you have made and look forward to more updates on your journey!

I don't know how I landed here (probably because I have or have had all the same symptoms). I could not agree more with what you guys are saying. We want to hear more from genius Alex! :) I've used castor oil packs for my ovary cyst, pelvic inflammation, endo, etc. and they've worked wonders, my uterus is healed and "beautiful" (as the holistic gyno says). To that, I've added self-massage of the abdomen, and more frequent gentle movement (walks, Pilates style flows versus anything high intensity) and it has resolved many of my issues. On top of that, emotional release technique, especially for us women who carry a lot in the womb and of course, the gut, strongly linked to emotions. This could be dancing, talking, surrender, and prayer, but what helps me a lot these days is being really honest with myself (asking my heart what it needs versus looking for logical explanations) and letting go of control. All the best in your healing journey, it is so much more than healing the physical symptoms.

You can just say"IC." Have it too. It's difficult to pronounce. Your diet is very important, of course. My doctor gave me a list of ok, food, and ones to avoid. It varied from the teaching hospital system she is employed by. I love tomatoes and it says I can have home grown tomatoes. I keep an organic garden. In the winter I do buy organic tomatoes. I am a pescatarian, so I think it's the best for us.

have you tried eating foods based on your blood type? I would get diarrhea everytime I ate chicken, then found out that AB blood type shouldn't eat chicken. Once I switched to turkey, all the autoimmune symptoms went away. I also started taking beet as well, as I have low stomach acid, it is a way to get HCL

When traditional medicine fails us, when we are being treated like numbers rather than suffering human beings, when the whole health system is not about healing but about making money, the only thing left to do is turn to alternative medicines and try different approaches. If that fails, isn't love supposed to conquer all? If it is, then you are in good hands with such a loving hubby!
