Boscombe Double Arm Sling

Hey, do you know of anything that immobilizes both arms at once? I have had persistent shoulder instability for sometime now. It's common for me to dislocate my either of my shoulders while sleeping. I noticed it helps to wear a sling to bed, however wearing two slings is very difficult.
