As far as Estradiol is concerned. (Deon's case). Estradiol is nothing but building blocks of Estrogen in Females and males as well. Women inject Estradiol when they lack Estrogen in their body. Reasons of high estradiol in men can be many, most common is High levels of Testosterone in blood which is converted to estradiol by aromatase. The other most common cause is using the medication of gastric acid, Like Rantac (Ranitidine) or Cimetidine can also increase estradiol levels.

So deep blood analysis is required to firmly say the root cause and would be really hard to say anything if he used any short esters or EPO's and kept his RBC's on Higher side and balanced the LH & Test levels. Then even deep blood work cant certain nothing
