Copays were introduced to reduce unnecessary visits. Also deductibles and premium are higher with private payers. Other than this medicare and Medicaid is helpful federal plans but these have their own eligibility criteria. Private pay patient generally try to avoid payments and it goes to bad debts or they may gain discounts from doctors. Medicare advantage plans are good option which combine benefits of private plans at low cost. Love from India❤️ keep sharing... In near future we are hoping to have a good healthcare system in India. My prediction for sir is he is primary care physician if he is not then wow bcz he has very deep knoweldge about usa health care system bcz all these things I read while I was preparing for usa medical licencing exam. What I feel it is organized corruption .bcz usa spends healthcare almost gdp of uk but it has less life expectancy than almost all European country . 2)they are not focusing on prevention of disease or holistic approach but only complication 3)other thing is junk food is cheap but nutironal food is expensive there . It is time for American to demand to trump for genuine healthcare rather than Mexican wall (just my thoughts)
