@@PS-lv1mr Treat your entire body. Get all your biomarkers good. There is no one magic thing or supplement that will increase your testosterone significantly. Stop searching for it. It doesnt exist. Took me more than a year and a load of wasted money to figure out that.

It's impossible to minimize stress, my university teacher hates me and I need to survive 4 years. I can't eat moist food cuz I am scared of moist. I can't go to outside, lessons end at 12 pm and start at 9am. Can workout but can't lift. My training partner told me not to lift yet

@@QSABDOwe would have all contracted skin cancer and died thousands of years ago. Also I know loads of people who don’t wear sunscreen and are completely fine, it seems that the people who do wear sunscreen have a pretty high chance of contracting skin cancer aswell.

All of these are very true ways of building muscle mass. But I there is something missing. You dont practice what you teach. Word of advice. Diet and sleep way more improtant. Also, your test levels going lower dont mean anything. They are never stable day to day. 200 ng/dl is a pretty standard fluctuation
