I was just watching your old what my 11 month old eats when sage was that old because my babe is 11 months and I'm in need of meal ideas!! This will be helpful!

Okay as a mom who has struggled breastfeeding with all 3 of my kids, (I have incredibly low supply), how do you sustain your milk for so long? The longest I've ever been able to make it was 6 months before I completely lost my milk. I'm currently breastfeeding my 1 month old and doing everything I can think of to boost my supply.

My daughter struggles with that off and on. What she has figured out is it’s a lot to do with your diet and staying hydrated. She drinks constantly, coconut water, Gatorade anything to stay hydrated. Everything affects it. Good luck to you. You’re doing a great job mama

@Bamagirllp Thank you for your reply. I hope your daughter is doing well in her breastfeeding journey too.

You're doing great mamas. Lots of hydration and eating lots of protein helped me. I would say another thing too was fenugreek capsules and lots of pickles & the juice thay contained the dill herb. My go to is grillos. I got the dill idea from a herbalist book and my supply kept going. I notice nobody recommends dill, if you're a fan of pickles give that brand a try

When I nursed I didn't pump. They go through growth spurts where they seem to want to nurse constantly and that is what causes a woman to make more milk. Ideally you would kind of go to bed with your baby, drink a lot and let them nurse a lot

Same here! Please sure how you keep your supply up. I’m 7 mo PP and my son doesn’t seem interested in nursing anymore because the milk flow has slowed down. I feel like I’ve tried everything - lot of water, electrolytes, body armor, brewers yeast, legendary milk liquid gold, mothers milk, eating enough calories/protein, eating oatmeal, etc 😮💨

Yes! Can always use meal ideas :) For food that’s too hot to serve right away, I use an ice cube to cool it down. Works like a charm!

How do/did you handle times when Sage or Oakley just didn’t want the food? Do you give them something else or go with the “if they’re hungry, they’ll eat” method?

I would love one for sage too! My little is between their ages so it’s nice to see the full spectrum 😊 The reusable pouches are amazing for yogurt too!

Loved this video, as always! I was wondering if you would consider doing a video on how you feed your kids in terms of timing, what you do when they refuse dinner but then want food 20 minutes later, what you do when they are hungry but don't want what you are serving .. etc. This is an area I am hardcore STRUGGLING in with my 18 month old who is so opinionated and just wants to graze 2-4 bites at a time all.day.long. Please help this desperate mumma!

Thank you so much for the feedback! I actually have a bunch of videos called “24 hours with a …” and I share exact timestamps for diapers, meals, milk, sleep, etc. hope that helps

What chickpea pasta do you recommend? I haven’t found one since the reports on banza… it’s such a good source of protein and fiber!

Is there a certain portion size you follow (for example, 1 tablespoon per food on the plate)? I struggle with that, not knowing how much to serve my baby. She is almost 9 months.

Do you have any suggestions for my almost 11 month old who isn't very adventurous with trying new foods?? My baby girl is stuck on carrots, apple sauce and sweet potatoes plus fruit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
@HealthNutNutrition9 сағат бұрын
Highly recommend the lentil beef bolognese that I shared in this video. It will help widen the flavour profile that maybe she’s used to. It’s so flavourful and packed full of nutrients.

@HealthNutNutrition the sweet potatoes, carrots, and applesauce are from recipes that you have previously shared, and she can't get enough of them!! I think I am going to treat her to your cookbooks and finally make the purchases! I haven't introduced her to any seasonings or spices as of yet! She only has her two front teeth poking out as of now!!
