My Nan passed at the end of July and I inherited all of her things. It’s not bad to have some of your nans things. It’s a good reminder of the things she cherished. You will love Colorado. I went in February last year and it’s gorgeous.

Happy 2025!! I would love to plan a vision board with me. I would love to see some New Year reset and organizing videos. I am still in the process of starting my 2025, lol. Remember that you don't have to rush into starting a new year; you can start the new year slowly and get back into everything. The winter season is for slowing down and resetting at a slower pace. I am not rushing into the new year at all. Like you, we just got back from our family trip to Florida at the beginning of January, so I am taking my time to start the new year. I love all things stationary.

So lovely to see you back! Happy 2025 Rach. Whenever I am tired (specially when I travel across the Atlantic to visit my family) my body feels soooo unwell. To the point that one day I got like weird palpitations when we arrive in London and I was so freaked out. After a thorough check up, doctors said it was due to the stress of the flight, the change in time zones, lack of sleep and dehydration. So, I guess you should have your body checked just to rule out anything serious but, I think it might be just because all of the other factors that were extraordinary. Anyways, regardless, glad to see you home and I’m excited for more content. Thanks for sharing xoxo

Not odd at all when we were clearing my parents house after they passed that was easiest way if was a gift you bought you got first pick of it . Collection of ornaments we basically wrapped so couldnt tell what was what and we did lucky dip . My mum when she was first diagnosed with cancer gave herself project and sorted out photo and memory stuff and we each had a box labelled with our school reports pictures etc 😢

Hi Rachel, I am SO sorry to hear about your painful flight. I have endometriosis and have experienced this same EXCRUCIATING level of pain, but in my abdomen. That level of pain causes extreme nausea and fainting. I'm so glad they took care of you on the flight! Here's what works for me to keep pain at bay: #1. Hormonal Birth Control. I'm a natural girlie and I didn't want to be on BC, but my doctor eventually talked me into it. BEST decision I've ever made for my condition. Lighter periods, less pain, no more cysts on my ovaries. Sorry for the TMI, but I really think BC is what helped me the most. I tried BC in the past and hated it, so I think you have to find the right one. If you're already using BC, you may want to switch to a different type or dosage. The one I love for my body right now is Norethindrone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol 1mg/0.02mg manufactured by Glenmark. #2. Hydration, hydration, hydration. I try to drink about 3L of water a day, sometimes with electrolytes or a squeeze of lemon, lime, or orange to switch things up. I avoid coffee and alcohol, especially when it's that time of the month. Green tea provides an awesome boost of caffeine with anti-inflammatory effects as well. Keep in mind, any intake of caffeine causes dehydration, so be cautious. #3. Fiber from whole foods, occasionally supplements if needed (Holiday foods tend to have less fiber). This helps me stay regular and that helps inflammation go down. #4. Organic produce. It may be in my head but I can feel a difference when I'm eating foods laden with pesticides. I know this is controversial these days because the definition of organic may have changed. I take this extra step and I swear it makes a difference. #5. Exercise. Nothing extreme, just walking quite a bit daily. My Endo symptoms get way better if I walk about 8,000-14,000 steps per day, but any movement is perfectly fine. It's hard to get steps in during the holidays, but I still try to do it. It helps with circulation, digestion, and inflammation. #6. Eating just until full and only when hungry. If I overeat, my stomach bloats and then I experience pain. #7 Avoiding constrictive clothing (including compression socks, sports bras, tummy control underwear and leggings, etc.) when on my period. I hope this helps! If I could, I'd reach through the screen and give you a big hug! I highly suggest you seek a professional diagnosis from a doctor. Technically, they need to operate in order to see if you have endometrial tissue, but if all symptoms point to Endo, they may ask to treat you as if you have it without having to operate. I hope you feel well soon! ❤

Glad you had a great time back home here in Oz its the best medicine. Now, take it from someone who has been through stuff down there, go and see your gynaecologist and get checked even scans if you need. Better to get things looked into sooner we girls are good at pushing these things aside.❤❤ You sound like you had a great time and you sound revitalised. I too have gone blue in my main bedroom I even have the same comforter as yours 😊

If anything, you’re the one being dramatic. She shared a little bit about her illness. It wasn’t a big deal daughter to take up the entire video like you’re trying to make it same. Calm down. Maybe she’s just not for you. unsubscribe and keep scrolling. 🤷🏻♀️
