Love these videos! Siggis yogurt is amazing! Also try chopping up some sweet mint into your watermelon cubes. Put bowl of chopped watermelon and chopped mint mixed in into fridge for a few hours. It is so amazing infused with the mint!

For risotto, I bake it! Just use a dutch oven. It's so so easy! I also tend to use pearled barley instead of the rice for a nuttier flavor and more fiber.

Thanks i enjoyed it. You deserve better than conventional dairy though. Look into it, really important to go organic there and better yet, grass fed. Grassfed dairy tastes incredible. Very noticable difference

Is there a taste difference with sheep yogurt vs regular? For example goat cheese has a distinct flavor, is that the same with the sheep milk yogurt or does it taste the same?
