I love how down to Earth these videos are. It's refreshing to watch an influencer who is so real and relatable. Having grilled chicken + veggie caesar wraps with sweet potato fries. We ordered a couple of the Healthnut non-stick mats a few months ago and they work great. I have ordered other brands before and they have a gross chemical like smell once heated and the Healthnut ones have no smell at all!!!!

Hi Nicole this is Kim! I enjoyed your video thanks. I think Sage is so cute, and has a good personality! My daughter is twenty years old. I tried to get her to eat fruits, and vegetables! She has become a very picky eater. I think you're doing a good job as a mother! It's hard trying to get toddlers to eat healthy. I also like the fact that you taught your daughter sign language! Thanks again, Kimberly Whisenant😉

Love you videos and food ideas! So inspiring! I'm a mommy of 2 (11 yr old daughter and 22 month old son). Just a side thought to your suggested vitamin C supplement: if you consume more then 500mg of vitamin c in less then 2hrs it cant be absorbed in your body because it is a water soluble vitamin and just gets flushed out. So taking more then 500mg in less then 2 hours is unnecessary . The only way to get high amounts of C is Intravenous. The absorption rate is way better when supplementing high doses. This has even been used to help treat people who have cancer. Vitamin C therapy. Linus Pauling (a chemist) discovered the positive effects of high doses and was over 90 years old when he died. I'm in nutritional school and will be finished in October and always had a passion for nutrition.

Seeing sage eat and how much she eats makes me think there is something WRONG with my child.....
@valerieborovik38852 жыл бұрын
Raeesa, sending you big hugs. There's nothing wrong with your child. I am a bit the same, I get discouraged sometimes with my 13 month old because she doesn't eat as much as Sage or some other people's kids on KZbin but a child is not going to let themselves starve, I promise you. For me, the most discouraging part is when I make something special and she just refuses to even try it.
@raeesarashid76782 жыл бұрын
@@valerieborovik3885 omw same here! then I did watch a video with Nicole saying that sage doesn't just do this they have tried things and made it work....as must as I love KZbinrs , they do give me a major complex at times. I just looked it up and I see what you’re saying. I should just add it to water and take it like a shot but not stir it with the fork. Thanks! I know it says no blender or hot water but I didn’t think that a fork whisk would affect it. Either way I’ll try take it straight as is with the water
