I am an HR Assistant, but I work alongside the HRBP in a very similar way..The communication was never brought up like you are explaining here but I got the hang of it in 2.5 months! I hope to one day transition to EA - looking for more challenges, fast-paced environment and more communication. Any advice to show valuable EA skills on my resume as an HR assistant (in a Global Corporate 500)?

Looks like the EA spends quite a bit of time managing inbox and schedule to prioritize and put what's really important at the top. With the AI tools available in 2024, is it really needed to have a human EA vs creating rules in the inbox + sprinkling some AI fairy dust on top?
