Hello everyone, today I'm going to show you a Healthy and Delicious Zucchini roll recipe!
You'll only need a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- Zucchini: 2 medium-sized ( 350 g / 12 oz)
For stuffing:
- Baked Ham: 150 g / 5 oz.
- Stringy cheese: 100 g / 3,5 oz.
Oil mixture:
- Olive Oil: 60 ml / 2 fl oz.
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
- Black pepper: a pinch.
Breading mixture:
- Breadcrumbs: 100 g / 3,5 oz.
- Grated cheese: 50 g / 1,7 oz.
- Parsley: 1/2 tablespoon.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for 15 minutes
