Healthy and Tasty Gongura Chutney/ pulicha Keerai Chutney Recipe
Ingredients and Measurements
Gongura 1 Bunch
Garlic - 20 pods
Green Chilli - 6 ct
Red Dry Chilli - 4 ct( 2 ct for Seasoning )
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 7 Strings (few for Seasoning)
Salt - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Gingelly Oil - 4 to 5 tbsp( 1 tbsp for Sauteing
Asafoetida 4 pinch
Water as required
