While its nice to see this love for health and fitness, I believe normal south Indian idli dosa khichadi is good for us, eat minimally, exercise say an hour of walk, or about 45 mins of yoga is good enough for office goers, excessive exercise, recipes like these some how don't seem to stick to our routines....just my personal opinion.... Thanks :)

Hi Majula garu u made me inspiration with ur vlogs nd I'm trying to make me feel good nd I get confidence on me now bcoz I'm 86 kgs now age 39 years due to thyroid issue I gained weight nd same time if I depressed I eat more ,now I understand no need diet just eat mindful food only it means allot mam

Madam the recipe which has baking soda and baking powder is not gud for the stomach.It will affect the digestion in the long run.I like the intention of yours to spread food awareness to normal people.Madam it will be useful if Indian food wisdom is shared like the nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar.

R u really a qualified nutritionist or Dietician? I hope government intervenes with this kind of wrong info by just going with fancy names ..how on earth whole wheat is equivalent to gluten free...I mean like seriously n people r following this 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️this shows u picked up some lines terms concepts recipes randomly in social media n doing ur business. Example vitamin D 8 tablets chalu per year ani kontha mandi doctors cheparu where as others said its needed daily so if j r not getting it u must take tablets everyday ani .. what is true ? Whole wheat is not gluten free. There is gluten free wheat which is very expensive. And that wheat was used by my grandmothers. My mom’s childhood days.
