New Year New Me! This year I decided to eat a bit healthier, at least in theory 😂so I'm taking a look at 5 of my fruit shaped novelty cakes! Let me know in the comments below if there are any other fruits I should cake!

@@HowToCakeIt well one of my resolutions is to make a real realistic cake! My cakes look good but not really realistic! I have been practicing and hope to become as good as you one day! We are staying in a cabin and I am supposed to bake a cake for them and I am excited to because it is what ever I want it to look like! Not sure what cake I want to bake but I will decide. One of my ultimate resolutions of my entire life is to meet you one day!!! Well I hope you have a good year!

Fruit shaped cakes to consider - Papaya, Mango, kiwi fruit and berries (raspberry, boysenberry, loganberry, Marionberry). Lastly grapes. I really like to see how you tackle papaya with its unique seeds and vibrant color.

Quick tip: if your avocado isn't ripe and you need it RIGHT NOW, wrap it in foil and bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes. Not sure if it works at all altitudes, but we do it in Texas.
