Thanks for this! I want to do a big run to stock up for postpartum but I don't usually go to Costco so I wasn't sure what they would have that my family would eat. I was able to make a list from this video so I super appreciate it!

I always feel bad for the chickens if I don't buy organic, pasture raised meat/eggs... But i get it. I have had to buy the rotisserie chicken more than once to save time as a busy working mom. My aunt taught me that little trick. You're right, sometimes we just have to be real and do the best we can.

Loveeee the chicken burgers. Also loved their Italian meatballs but they got rid of them at our Costco and the teriyaki ones are just notttt the same. Jealous!

I make bone broth out of the rotisserie chicken :). I don't buy them all the time, so the bone broth is like a treat! I make homemade bone broth normally.

What brand of bone broth do you use for drinking? I bought a ton of the chicken bone broth from Cosco and just recently ran out of the kettle and fire beef bone broth and wondered if the chicken would work for that as well.

I talk all about this inside Gut Glow! I generally prefer to sip homemade bone broth or the stuff from TJ's (in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6HUn3mtnqZordU) This Costco one isn't *bad* to sip I just don't like the flavor as much.

One note is I’ve heard that Kirkland butter is 95% grass fed and kerrygold is only like 50% grass fed (I don’t remember the percentage for kerrygold) so the Kirkland is supposedly a little bit better

Costco's rotisserie chickens are the cheapest around, however one of the worst quality.

Yes that’s true, but like I said in the video I try to empower people to do what they can. I still think a Costco rotisserie chicken is better than fried fast food.
