Bit random but I have this great vegan sauce/dip recipe it's sooo quick and very easy! Half block of silken tofu 3-4 handfuls of spinach Basil (idk as much as u want/have) Good squeeze of lemon juice 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast Clove of garlic Pinch of salt Just blend it all up together lol U could maybe add cashews or tahini too if u want Tastes nice and green and quite nutty bc the nutritional yeast rly comes through

A very inspiring lady in Norway once taught me that Porridge tastes much better if you use a 1/3 ratio of oats and liquid and let it simmer for 30 Minutes after bringing it up to a boil. I used to do it like you, in about 10 Minutes with less liquid but her advice changed my oatmeal life!! :) Can only recommend it! Like this it becomes super creamy but also with a clearer defined tecture and easier to digest. Still love your ideas!! 🧡

To add a more tiramisu taste use amaretto its a famous italian alcohol with a specific taste giving more flavour to the tiramisoats. My family is italian and its how we make it you can also add some teaspoon of dark coffee in the layer of oats replacing the biscuit.

Came back from the gym and this video randomly popped up. I really wanted to try the Tahini one! It is so yummy, and I’m glad to get a new recipe. I used rolled oats, toasted them with the seeds, added normal cow milk. Swapped honey for maple syrup in the “dressing” and used normal tahini. So LOVELY. I was tired of having sweet sweet oats in the morning and this recipe is not so sweet and so tasty. Didn’t have apricots so added green apples which are in season here in India. ❤️ Also homemade peanut butter stirred in with the dressing added a little more nuttiness.

Italian friend here! for more of a tiramisu flavour in the porridge you could add rhum flavouring! there's always some type of alcohol in the actual tiramisu, so the rhum flavouring (you can find it in the "cake stuff" at the supermarket) would boost the porridge without having an actual alcoholic breakfast lmao (though you do you ahahahha)

For the creamy part of the tiramisù I love to use firm tofu mixed up with dates, soy milk and vanilla. Another version involves using the soft jelly tofu (I don't know how to call it in English ahah but _that_ one) cashews/oat flour (do NOT put too much oat flour 'cause it will have a super strange consistency), dates and vanilla. I prefer the first type because I'm not able to blend the cashews/oat mixture super smooth. I think that the result is quite similar to mascarpone, clearly it's not he same, but it's times better than using wiped ricotta (here in Italy we often substitute mascarpone with that) and the dates offers a caramel like taste that I enjoy. I suggest to put over the top a cream of dark chocolate and soy milk for a super result.

For the tiramisu oat that was missing something - if you are not iffy about a little bit of alcohol, put Amaretto in it! It's an italian almond liquor and most brands are actually vegan :) some variations of Tiramisu actually use Amaretto, it differs by region, or so did my italian colleague told me. You don't need a lot so obv it won't make you tipsy, but watch out in countries with 0 tolerance driving, there it might cause an issue :)
