Omg! I just tried the chickpea and avocado sandwich and it's amazing! I just added a little bit of pepper and garlic to the chickpeas and it was soooo yummy!😋😋👌🏻I reeeeally love your channel, which I have recently found btw, your recipes are soooo realistic and easy to make!! you inspired me to start eating healthy again, greetings from Mexico! 😀

I make a really similar quinoa salad - black beans, corn, red onion and avocado! I season with lemon juice. Perfection!

Fixed oils don't evaporate, and most cooking oils are fixed oils. They actually expand when hot! The oils that do evaporate, however, evaporate really slowly, not trying to be rude but yeah! I'm a cook and majoring in medical dietetics so I know how interesting it is to learn about this stuff:)) I loved your video and I'm definitely trying out that sandwich ☺️

I love bean sprouts!!!!!!!!! Especially in stir fries but since I have chickpea sandwiches a lot it sounds awesome to add bean sprouts to them as well.

Also a helpful tip: if you don't want to cook Quinoa ahead of time Trader Joe's has frozen quinoa pouches that you pop in your microwave and it only takes a couple minutes! Super convenient and lasts a long time (:
