I'm watching the replay while getting ready for a busy day working outside the house. I had been trying to figure out what i could get "on plan" while away.... and i decided to set myself up for success!! I put together some veggies and other leftovers and it's random, but looks really good! Thanks for the motivation to help encourage me ❤

Lulu, I’m one of your new subscribers. I went to the Facebook and I’ve requested to join the healthy foods group the meet ups group and the daily thanksgivings comment so anyway I can’t wait to get approved. I went to the grocery store today and I don’t have my scales yet, but I went ahead and bought a whole bunch of healthy food all Whole Foods and I’m going to make some of your recipes and see how I like it.

That's a great point Lulu, doing it halfway does not move you forward half way, it gets you no where. Exactly what I experienced, years of frustration and an unmoving scale. Nothing changed. I wrote my weight down for literally YEARS. I don't think I even lost 5 pounds. As I went from diet to diet I got hopeful, then crestfallen. It wasn't just physically bad, but mentally bad.

I'm finding that variety is the answer and that's one thing that I noticed about your food plan right away. It covers all bases and the choices are limitless.

you don't need Facebook to join the zoom meeting. on Thursday nights at 6pm EST, sign into Zoom and go to meeting ID 988 6038 8917, Passcode 136981 and you'll be in our meeting!! please come join us!!

Motivation? Health. It would be nice to be a normal weight but my concern is health, and being able to walk and have stamina and energy. 28 pounds down on the Lulu plan since mid February. Many health issues though, does anyone else deal with IBS? My stomach, unresolving Bell's Palsy and arthritis are real challenges, NAFLD, and guess what my liver numbers were reduced in half. Thank you ladies for inspiration, I still hate cooking but it enables me to be on the plan. I don't have great willpower and I have fear of regaining, I don't keep any non plan foods in the house and I don't go out to eat or go to the supermarket.

For saucy I'd say mix smoked paprika, which to me tastes BBQ ish with your oil serving or half of it, and some lime, garlic.

QUESTION: Do i need to eat 3 meals a day? Ive been intermittent fasting and im usrd to that.

hi Genia!! whatever works for you!! I suggest three meals a day and I consider my time between 5pm dinner and 7am breakfast, my fasting time!! I eat at 7am, 12p, 5pm and I enjoy that!! do whatever works for you, as long as it's working, as in you are achieving the goals you plan!!

Where is the “Food Plan”? I can’t find it anywhere and I’ve been writing a lot of stuff down but it’s on bits and pieces of paper so I’d love it to be in one place so I can just copy it and print it. Would you mind reposting it please
