I got results from other subs listening very sporadically, I was pretty amazed. The best I did was 4 or 5 days in a row then skipped 2 days and started again for like a month and a half of being less and less consistent then probably once a week. For me, for example, "the powerful mood enhancer" worked at the first listen, and now I only have to think about it to be happy :) Sun-free tanning started to give somme effect after one week but 1) I listened to it a lot 2) I got a bit of exposure to the sun then. I cracked several teeth from grinding at night and recently got one molar pulled that was cracked completely down the middle. I have another that's cracked and It didn't hurt because of a root canal however it was just a corner that was cracked still very annoying to eat. I had been listening to other sites but this one was different. At night I use a night guard and it would push my tooth back in place but would wobble when I'd eat. Last week I noticed it didn't wobble nor could I move it with my tongue. I was so surprised it had mended. Sorry I wasn’t very good at sticking to subs, hard as I tried ha. However, I suggest reading Solar subs guide on manifestations and checking out Sammy Ingram. Affirm to yourself you have a beautiful smile-preferably out loud. I’m just learning to do this. Subs are a technique, the changes come from your mind. I stopped this sub so I can’t comment further on results there. However, I am positive it’s a great sub, Lucy makes excellent subs. Use subs as an addition to affirmations. For example; I’ve said out loud “I have Happy Healthy Clear Skin” over and over and I put it into a little like song. My skin is really clearing up. Words we say have much power. Keep your thoughts positive towards your results. Don’t focus on the lack of results. Mental diet as solar references. So if you start thinking oh man my teeth aren’t straight etc, correct yourself. Learn to catch yourself. Make sure you tell yourself they are how you want them more than you accidentally slip. Over time the accidental slips will decrease as assumption sets in 💕 Sorry, I hope this helps 🤗

Friends- I do oil pulling also 1st thing in the morning- you can use sesame oil or coconut oil with a few drops of clove oil. It will speed your healing and pulls mucus from your throat which is gross but also very healing for the body- getting toxins out. hey lucy i appreciate you making this but i have one concern, i try to sleep with this but its not very HD i can hear the audio weird. if you dont get wat i mean, you can reaserch rain sounds on youtube and see that in their one you can hear it better and the rain more pitter patter. in better audio thank you very much x

Hello Lucy, first I want to say thank you for your work. Then, my suggestion is add a loop option to the videos. Your subs are some of the most powerful to me.

Unfortunately, I have no option to add a Loop, but you can easily do it yourself. -To loop on a computer, right-click on the video and press "Loop" -On other devices, you will need to create a playlist with just one single video. You can then loop it by clicking on the playlist, right under the video, and clicking on loop (the sign with a little arrow to the right and another one to the left).
