After being in the climbing & bouldering community for 3+ years, I realised there are some things people don’t really talk about too much, especially in beginner climbing videos.
In this video, I’m going to share 3 tips and healthy habits you can start building today, to become a better climber in the long run, and reduce your chance of getting injured. I’ll explain why it can be so good for your climbing, and give some ideas of how you can implement them.

just wanted to drop a huge thank you for this video! As someone who's just getting into bouldering, I can't express how valuable these tips are, especially around injury as I just messed up my shoulder from an overhang. looking forward to more content like this 🧗‍♂

Aw thank you for the kind comment! I honestly know so so many people who got injured and most people I know who have climbed for a while say that their attitude to climbing now is so different. It's no longer as competitive, and more focused on injury prevention!
