Thank you Chef AJ as always for bringing us Dr. Lisle. You both are gems. Understanding/applying the Dr.'s concept is similar to what I learned as a Buddhist (which coincidentally the Dr. mentioned Buddhists), and that is if a teaching makes sense to us according to our personal experiences, then follow that. What the Dr. is teaching makes so much sense.
