ive been watching your videos for about few days in a row and ive been curious about 2 things ... 1st how you look like i guess it was your 1st face appearance in your vid because i haven't seen you at least once, 2nd what the heck is oligosaccharides? i knew that its a kind of carbohydrates that has 3-10 linked simple sugar... but where did you get those? im a big of yours and your beautiful hand... your videos are so aesthetic and your recipes are great (^^)v

Fred Jhela in korea, it's easy to get oligosaccharides in any market. If you live in big city, you can get them in korean market. Or you can just substitute with honey(although it smells different) or just simple sugar. And you can probably see her face in the kitchen introduction video few days before. I don't remember where but there was a video where she introduces all the staff members. There's mainly three girls

thank you for enlightening me ... i just substituted the "oligosaccharides" with korean rice syrup in her recipes last time i make tteokbeokki and i guess i did the right choice. ill definitey hunt that oligosaccharides next time when i go to korean grocery store
