Will the upcoming cooking classes and the boot camp be live-streamed? I'd pay for that. Bet others would, too.

Oh, this is exciting! I distinctly remember the F is for Flavour video unlocking almost like a new level of fluency in my day to day cooking. Really good stuff. Looking forward for what's to come! Also, that gin, lime, simple syrup, basil combination is amazing. I ended up with the same cocktail a couple years back when I tried to find out what the basic flavors that I wanted in a drink were. If you have a big bush of basil that's gone into flower stage it's nice to use a sprig of those basil flowers as a garnish.

I have a question. What is the best way to keep potato puree in a piping bag hot? Just putting the bag in a hot well in a hotel pan?
@EricSteinHealthyChef2 жыл бұрын
Awesome stuff chef! And love the healthy journey! Keep up the good work. Just my grain of sand here: it’s more than just calories in and calories out. Math is just a tool. It’s like knowing your basic culinary fundamentals but the end game is to be able to willingly and consciously break some “rules” and get a better result.

Great video Chef Just want to check on an America-British translation [ two nations divided by a common language and all that ;) ] Cilantro, is that what we call in the UK 'fresh coriander leaves'? A web search seems to point to this being the case I thought it best to check with the man doing the cooking!
@JacobBurton2 жыл бұрын
Yep. Cilantro is also known as fresh coriander. In the states, we will call the seeds coriander, but the leaves cilantro.

In the moment, it was a ton of fun. The energy was great, and the ladies were having a good time. But it doesn't translate that well into video format; it just turns into a lot of background noise. Glad you're enjoying the channel!

Absolutely love the video. Some solid content here that was quite helpful. But good god, those women are obnoxious as fuck! Jesus! They were getting all wet over a simple diced onion. That's literally cooking 101. Good on you Jacob for keeping such pro composure. I'm sure you were also having fun, but it couldn't have been easy with an audience of wooo girls. As always, thank you for the content, and keep it up.

Glad you're enjoying the content. Always interesting when a live crowd is involved. If you like this style of video, did you by chance see my live stream yesterday? Very similar, but no one in person and I take questions from the KZbin Audience. It was a good time. Plan on doing another tomorrow.
