Hi, Stacie! Those no bake cookies look amazing! I made two very similar recipes last year. I made mine on the stove, but the microwave looks like it would be a lot easier. I am sure the maple syrup was delicious in this. Only 4 carbs for the peanut butter is good, too. Thanks for sharing!
