Easy Crispy Oatmeal Cookies! Healthy Recipe! (NO butter, NO eggs, NO flour) Ingredients:
1 cup ground old fashioned rolled oatmeal
1 cup old fashioned rolled oatmeal
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablesppons any dairy or nondairy product of your choice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup pecans, chopped or add in of your choice

PAM!!! Oh my! We just made these for dessert and they were so easy and so delicious!!! I can't have nuts so I used chocolate chips. My husband and teen son loved them. That little hint of coconut from the oil just completes these cookies. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Okay Pam. I always watch your channel because I just find you so informative and delightful, but never tried a recipe until these cookies. Oatmeal cookies are my favorite and I was looking for a low sugar healthy version. Might I say WOW!!!!just wow. These are Soooo good and too easy. These will be my go to from now on.
