HEALTHY PUMPKIN DONUTS ~ Easy

Healthy pumpkin donuts with pumpkin-spiced maple glaze are made with only 8 simple ingredients.
They're a more nutritious, lower in sugar version of the cider mill donut. This recipe will easily be a #fall favorite.
Preheat oven to 350 °F or 180 °C
Ingredients:
~ 3/4 cup oat flour ( or ground oats)
~ 1/2 cup organic cane sugar ( or coconut sugar)
~1/4 cup Coconut oil
~ 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
~ pinch of salt
~ 1/4 tsp. baking soda
~ 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
~ 2 tbsp. lemon juice
For the maple glaze:
~ 1/2 cup powdered sugar
~ 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
~ 1 tbsp. lemon juice
~ 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
