How did I miss this recipe?! "Nachos" are always on my agenda. I'm curious if you eat raw vegan 100% of the time? It's difficult for me to attempt a room temperature dish when it's 30 degrees outside. Do you ever have that issue?

Virginia Stockwell I don’t eat all raw but am vegan. I was raw for years but lived in SoCal so I’m not sure what the answer to that is. I think I would probably drink tea a lot and let my food sit out from the frig a little if I was 100%
