My go to smoothie every morning is : Spinach, Kale, Banana, Pineapple,Green apple, oat milk, flax seed. It keeps me full to lunch time. Your phone case is adorable 💕

If you wanna practice taking a bunch of pills at once, just put them towards the back of your throat more then just pretend they are not there and drink water normally! That’s what my mom taught me and it works for me cause it took me YEARS to take one pill ahah! Now it’s easy! Just thought that might help:)

You should try a mango smoothie bowl if you haven’t already. It’s absolutely amazing! I just add frozen mangos, spinach, almond milk, chia seeds and the juice of a lemon.

Totally agree about not having my own space during this time and have definitely struggled with having nowhere to be and no one to see but little things to look forward to throughout the day definitely help. Hoping things get better for everyone eventually :)

If I had a house by or on the beach this would be my morning routine: -Wake up at 6 or 6:30 -Brush my teeth -Wash my face -Eat some breakfast and drink a glass of water -Go for a morning swim for about thirty minutes -Come back to my house and take a shower -Take care of my dogs and cats -Do a couple hours of schoolwork and then I would do whatever else I wanted😂

i know my dogs are rescued dogs and they only feel comfortable sleeping in their cage at night. its not locked, but they wont sleep anywhere else

YES! Totally struggling with not having my own space. Literally counting down the hours until I move into an apartment with my boyfriend next month. We're in a very similar situation because I am going to be moving to where my boyfriend lives & he plays football! So I've really enjoyed your content because I can relate so much. I just have to convince him that we need a dog now lol
