Healthy & Tasty Air fried Tandoori Chicken | Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air Fryer Chicken Recipe

Aromatic, succulent & delicious tandoori chicken that's air-fried & marinated in a homemade yogurt marinade. Absolutely delish.

*For making the marinade
Kashmiri chili powder- 1 tbsp
Regular Chili powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Ground black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 2 tsp
Yogurt- 3 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Mint, chopped- 1 tbsp
Cilantro, chopped- 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Chicken leg-thigh pieces- 3 to 6
In a bowl, combine all the spices, yogurt, ginger garlic paste & black pepper to a smooth paste.
Spread all over the chicken.
Let marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
I've used Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air fryer.
Place the air fryer basket in the stainless steel pot.
Place the broil tray in the air fryer basket.
Grease the tray with oil.
Place the marinated chicken on the broil tray.
Close the Instant pot with the air fryer lid.
Select air fry, temp 400 F. Total cooking time will be 35 minutes.
First, air fry for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes of air frying, spread oil over the chicken & air fry for another 35 minutes.
Transfer to a plate. Garnish with sliced onions & lemon.
Enjoy.
