My first time using the Duo, I just used the default 18 minute 400 degree setting and the wings (4 whole) were perfectly cooked. I made 6 in my second batch and increased the time by 3 minutes. They were fine. The point is you don't have to pressure cook them first.

I agree with Kelvar’s Keeper. I like the pot but am having a really hard time finding method and recipes for different things. It’s not very intuitive for me (I’m used to seeing what I’m cooking!) and my pot didn’t come with recipes. Thanks for the videos

you don't have to press '-' button again and again to reduce the time, you can long press to do the same as well, i figured this out after using instant pot for 6 months.
