Walking - everyday 10000steps - 7-8km, have a pedometer to track, try to walk before and after a meal 4. Burn calories - excercise Talasana - upward stretch Surya namaskar - atleast 5 times Vakrasana - standing /sitting /lying 5.Have mid meal snack - like makhana, peanuts, dry fruits Add fibre and protein 6. Avoid all processed foods and aerated drinks, fried items No alcohol /smoking 7. Have overnight soaked Jeera water-increases metabolism Reduces hunger and increases fat burning Warm water - chia seeds set for 1/2 hr, add lemon and honey.. Have it once u wake up. Reduce body weight systematically and slowly.

Different people give different gyaan...if 3-4 hours sleep suites sadguru doesn't mean it would suite for everyone.....so its we ourself who can best understand what suites us and what not

When we are relaxed or stress free, then 4_5 hrs of sleep is enough, but if we are mentally stressed, 7_8 hrs of sleep is needed. As we do meditation, pranayam,etc we are able to reduce the stress. Gradually our sleep time will also reduce

1. Eat 4 times a day (Don't open your mouth inbetween ) & avoid late night dinner. 2. Just sleep well 3. Take more steps (go for a walk - 10000steps per day) 4. Burn your calories (do exercise like - "Talasan", " Surya namaskar", "Vakrasan") 5 - Trick your mind :- a: eat with smaller plates b: brush your teeth after your dinner c: 50% of your food in a day should be vegetables and fruits. 6. Foods to avoid :- a:chips,pizza etc. (Packaged foods)...... b. Drinks containing high sugars c. Alcohol & smoking etc. 7. Morning drinks :- a. Jeera water (take a table spoon of jeera and soak them in water overnight in the glass full of water. The next morning you should take this jeera water) b. Lemon and chia seed drink(take a glass of warm water put a table spoon full of chia seed and let it be for half an hour and then squeeze a lemon inside, put little honey inside and then drink it in the morning after you wake up) 😊❤️🌼Hope this will help you!✨

Exactly totally agree. It works for me not only helps lose weight but I have had many health benefits too. With cysts, fibroids and lichen sclerosis. It’s wonderful for autoimmune diseases 👌🏽 I’m never going to stop. I also have a plant based diet.

I need to lose a few pounds, about 35 or so, and I'm off to a terrible start. I've been very upset for a few days and my stomach feels like it's in knots. I haven't eaten in 4 days, just 1 cup of coffee and water with a little salt. I don't know how to get past what has me upset. So, I'm watching and listening to your videos. I AM 70 my BMI is 20, i am 5ft 8 female. I am disabled and sedantary. I eat 3 meals a day. I eat smaller portions. I have a good breakfast always. My main meal is lunch time at 1pm. at 3pm i have a bowl of berries. at 6pm i eat yoghurt and a gluten free snack. I am never hungry. I cant eat a big meal it makes me feel awful. I see people they say they cant loose weight. they are always eating something. they dont cut back on food according to their activity. I eat a river of fish and only eat chicken. I do not eat inflammatory foods. loads of vegetables fresh and fruit. water, no processed food or fried food, lemon water.
