Hot water kadubu is a simple breakfast recipe, but healthy. Banana leaves give a flavor to this kadubu, so banana leaves are must for it. A main condition is, you must spread the batter thin and thin kadubus result in perfect outcome. A chutney with thick consistency matches perfectly with these kadubus. Main Ingredient required for this kadubu is boiled rice and avoid raw rice. You must use only boiled rice soaked in hot water.
