Very good point that food must be easy and quick! At least if we are busy people who just don't manage to cook food that stays good in fridge 2 weeks... That's why I like raw food 😊 You only need a healthy dip. Your ideas are awesome too, thank you so much for them! From you I got the idea of broccoli again and with that came cauliflower... Great weight loss foods (and with a dip delicious... 😋)

I jumped on board 3 weeks ago. Not having any troubles because my mindset is right. Except for 1%. Gotta have some chocolate. I was a full time meat eater my entire life. Liking the results I'm already seeing after adding only a few days of in home exercising. Love your salad dressing recipe. Will make soon

What kind of results have you seen so far if you don’t mind me asking? Do you do intense exercise? I’m a meat eater too but want to transition into more plant based meals and loving this channel.

"You're either eating super healthy orrrr you're stuffing Oreos in your face. I might be speaking from experience." 🤣 This comment spoke directly to me, lol!!! What is the secret about the ice water with the dressing? My mind can't figure out why it would work better than warm water (to soften the tahini easier). But I feel like I've heard this before, so I'm genuinely curious!

Why WOULDNT you wanna eat a shipload of veges?? like WOW...look how pretty they are!!! 5:21 dozen matta how many times i do it. every day?? every night?? year after year?? but i STILL stop myself chopping regularly to marvel over the depth of the beautiful shade of purple on the cabbage or onion...or the shiny happy traffic light colours on the capsicums... or the glorious contrast of all the rainbow colours in my fruit salad or fruit bowl! i know i sound schmaltzy and fruity (see what i did there) ...but these beautiful plants truly ARE Mother Natures gifts to us. it'd be almost rude not to eat the rainbow hey.

Oh Oh Oh -- I'm not sure where you are in NZ, but in Christchurch I get a 1500g container of authentic Tahini from the Middle Eastern market for $16-$18 (depending on a sale every now and then!) And it's SO good!! Maybe they'll let you order online?! Maihan is the name, on Colombo. You'll never go back to the other stuff again.

What should you do if you need to lose 50 pounds and want to bodybuild at the same time? I hear be in a calorie deficit to lose weight but with muscle gains I hear stay at maintenance calories?
@ChelseaMae3 жыл бұрын
Have you listened to my podcast on the protein myth yet? That may help clear some of this up for you on why you don't need to worry about losing muscle while losing fat. The only way to lose those 50 lbs is to be in a calorie deficit for a time until you have lost the fat. Its really hard to lose muscle and gain muscle so I wouldn't be worried about that if your goal is to lean and tone up! There are a lot of ladies in Lean With Plants who are dropping the weight and lifting heavy/ maintaining their muscles. I linked the podcast for you below . open.spotify.com/episode/6MXejQz3isnidn1uAWJiJ2?si=HmFzYlKIRRaXjnKfyIEHiw

Why do potatoes cook quicker when they’re washed 🤔 anyway, quicker or not, I still won’t be washing mine, I don’t mind a bit of dirt
@ChelseaMae3 жыл бұрын
They don't cook quicker but you don't have to wash them so its quicker prep time.
