Microwaving destroys all the good nutrients in any food. For example, if a food contains vitamins A, K, D, B or any others, after microwaving it no longer contains them. Quick oats are ready on the stove in 5 minutes. Soy milk should be replaced with kefir or yogurt. Combined with fruit, the taste is fantastic. Protein powder is unnecessary, and "flax for omega" I don't understand at all because there are several types of omega, and chia seeds also contain them. Frozen raspberry berries should be replaced with frozen chokeberry berries that should be cooked with oats on the stove. It's actually best to boil it all together and add stevia tablets and a little salt for flavor. It can be left covered overnight, so it's best to cook it the night before for breakfast next morning. Besides kefir or yogurt. It's even smarter to grind everything in a Nutribullet in the evening, but without the oats. Add a handful of almonds, one Brazil nut, and an Iranian apricot kernel. Weight loss will be much faster without oats.

U know what u should do babe, make a video on what we ate in the 50s n 60..all we had was fresh fruit n veg, of course meat too. What im getting at is that us older Aussies n Kiwis ate all this stuff 50yrs ago. My dad was from the Middle East, u want rice n grains an tofu and Greek yoghurt lol go check out other countries diets like Asian and mediteranium. U do such a brilliant job babe, ignor the haters lol 🙄 If I looked like u I'd be wearing next to nothing lol ❤❤❤❤

This all looks delicious and healthy, as long as you're not a type 2 diabetic like me. A few years ago I had to ditch the oats because they were raising my blood sugar. I now start every day with a muffin cooked in the microwave: 2 tbls peanut butter, 2 tbls flaxseed or almond flour, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Microwave for 90 seconds.

WASH YOUR VEGETABLES!! it's not the dirt or bugs that's harmful, it's the pesticides!! there's a lot less pesticides in peoples urine who rinse their fruits and veggies INCLUDING people who buy organic. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE wash your veggies PLEASE. And don't forget that salmonella lives on fruits and veggies more than meat! AND BOTULISM LIVES ON FRUITS AND VEGGIES. RINSE THEM! Rinsing veggies gets rid of 90% of microbes! PLUS THE PESTICIDES!

I'm just curious as to why you can't eat at the restaurant with your family? Could they find something that will have food you and everyone who is going can eat? I know some people stick to a rigid diet because of binge eating disorder and that makes sense. I live in America and I've never seen anyone bring in containers of outside food to restaurants. Usually on the door to go in it says no outside food or drink
