You don’t have to buy Parmesan cheese but there are cheese products you can buy that are fully cheese without the weird stuff at a lower or slightly higher price

At Walmart you can buy 16oz of Velveta singles for 4.12 while you can buy 8oz of cheddar cheese slices without any additives for 2.07 so it’s literally cheaper per ounce lol

@@saesteelol6156 His point is just cuz something is natural doesn't mean its good. Same for the flipside, just cuz something is synthetic doesn't meant is bad for you. Most of what he rattled off with sources didn't actually say much. Most of those provided are safe for human consumption. Potassium Sorbate is potentially a carcinogen which is fair, and Sodium Phosphate is only a problem for people with kidney disease. But the rest is actually fine, even with cellulose, the blurb he cited literally said in 'high cellulose diets' which you're only going to get if you're vegetarian/vegan anyways.
