Minor technical correction: you are correct about higher altitude grazing increasing polyphenols, but it is not because of closeness to the sun; higher altitudes are not significantly closer to the sun! The distinction is that higher altitudes have less atmosphere to filter the sun's influence on plant growth. 🙂

Lactose would not be a problem if they did not pasteurize cheese. This is because milk/cheese contain lactase and lactose. Heat kills off lactase but not lactose. Lactase is what digests lactose. Thus pasteurized cheese is a problem for people who are lactose intolerant also likely the reason that people are lactose intolerant at all is because of the heating process of milk/cheese.

We're very lucky here in England to have some of the best cheeses in the world available in every supermarket, both our own British cheeses, and all the world-class European cheeses. My absolute favourite cheese is aged Gouda with truffles.

I tried organic raw grass fed cheese about a 8 months ago. The taste was different but I really like it! I also have tried goat cheese and of course it has its own taste too. I’ve been eating as much organic foods as I can unfortunately where I live the source is limited. Organic tastes so much better!

Cheese is a staple for me on a low carb/carnivore-ish diet! It's an easy way to add additional fat to your meal, and goes well with butter, too.

When I'm not eating seafood, I'll have some non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Regular cheese makes me tired and slow. I think it contains 1.2 micrograms of vitamin B12 per serving and other vitamins. One container of mine contains 90 grams of protein. I've recently read some research suggesting that this yogurt can help to prevent colon cancer because it's probiotic.

I am 21 and i have a severe problem of burping and it has been for around 2 years now. I have taken medicine for that but it didn't help. I am just requesting you to make a video about this issue, like what are the causes of it and how to deal with it. THANKS!
